The hotel didn't have many good features to boast about, but the saving grace was the comfortable bed and the prompt service from the housekeeping staff. the room had the basic facilities like coffee maker and toiletries, and the location was pretty convenient for visiting nearby tourist spots. the daily newspaper was a good touch for those who like to keep up with the news.
Sadly, the hotel was a major disappointment in terms of staff friendliness and cleanliness. the reception staff seemed disinterested and unfriendly, and our room was in dire need of refurbishment.

I recently had an incredible stay at this place in the center of Kajang town. The location was perfect, allowing easy access to the mall nearby. The room was spacious and offered all the amenities one could need, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The staff here were exceptional, from the guard in the parking lot to the friendly customer service representatives. I was impressed by their helpfulness and attentiveness throughout my stay.
I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The hotel was quite modern and clean with spacious rooms. The inclusive breakfast had a variety of options including both Malaysian and Western dishes. The hotel was located near a train station, making it easy to travel to nearby cities. Plus, there were plenty of dining options in the town.
the hotel staff's service was lacking at times, with one instance where they were unable to provide me with a plate and cutlery during a meal.

Spacious room with high-grade fixtures and fittings. Staff were well trained and helpful. Excellent buffet breakfast comparable to other hotels in the area. Convenient location with close proximity to the railway station and MRT station.

The Oriental Crystal in Kajang exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly and check-in was fast. The room was spacious and had super-fast internet, perfect for my business needs. I also enjoyed the excellent TV programming and the beautiful night view. It was a wonderful stay.
There was nothing I didn't like.
